Pro-octo-plans

I approached Pro-Octo-Plans to do plan submissions for a new entrance gate at my house in November 2017 (They advertised in the local newspaper). Till today I do not have any plans, nor approval nor any status update as to what the status of my application is. I phoned several times, left messages, sent emails. They always come up with empty promises and are not returning any of my communications to them. Be wary of these guys.
