Pronutro Bad smell and taste

I used to eat Future Life because of the high protein but decided to switch to Pronutro which I grew up. I bought 4 boxes 1 Banana and 3 Chocolate. The First thing I noticed was the chemical smell. When I tasted it, it tasted soapy almost. Horrible. I thought it was maybe it was just the chocolate one however the banana one was the exact same. Soapy taste and chemical smell. The rest of those going to go to waste because I would never get used to that.
