Pronto Security System

Pieter from Pronto Security System is a total disaster. He never made follow up on maintenance after he had done some work on my alarm system. I called him several times with no success after I had a break in, as a result I finally had to call armed security. He did a very poor job of rewiring the system,he did not alert of the problems he encountered, did not return to finish the job as he promised which led to another break in. I then hired another installer which found many flaws that he should have corrected. This person is a joke. Hire at own risk!! He deserve Zero.
