Time wasters

The owner Natasha rep**** to our mailer every time (four in total) requested info, picture, pricing - we spent a lot of time - all four times - sending info and detailed polite replies and not once did we get a reply in turn, a response, a simple thank you or any acknowledgement at all. Rude!! And to add insult to injury, she acted as if she was dealing with a different business she had never heard of before each time?? Woman, can't you see the name and branding are the same? Like how dozy are you. lol
