We received an email from Pronto Fibre on 24th June 2021 requesting to purchase an LUK R355MK Clutch kit for Toyotal Quantum 2.5D-4D. quote was sent to name provided 'Gareth Wilson' Operations Manager. Quote was accepted and 'POP' was sent by Pronto Fibre, on what seemed to be legitimate Investec Private Bank letterhead. After two clutches were delivered and supposed proof of payment was sent we decided to check bank statements and discovered that no payments had reflected in our account. It became suspicious when the orders were immediately after each other. An email was sent to the email provided, which was *** to advise G Wilson that no payments had reflected in our bank. He immediately stopped answering emails and calls. The cell number provided was *** and office details given were: Pronto Fibre cc, Clearview Office Park, Allen's Nek, Roodepoort, Vat no given ***.
