Pronovia's - no bride is special to them

I called Pronovia's Sandton to make an appointment to fit wedding dresses on. After completion of the appointment details, the lady on the phone advised me of the terms and conditions of the fitting. One of the many terms are that only four ladies in total (including the bride) will be allowed to attend the fitting. I immediately advised her that I will be bringing four ladies and that I will then be the fifth, as I have three sisters who are also my brides****s and obviously my mother would also attend the fitting. I was then informed that the maximum amount of persons allowable is four and that I would have to advise either one of my sisters or my mother to rather stay at home.<br> <br> This is ridiculous!!!<br> <br> The fitting of a wedding dress is quite a special experience and an experience to be shared with the bride's closest ladies. If I had requested to bring along 10 girls, that would have been a different scenario, but bringing four ladies is hardly a lot of people.<br> <br> Anyway, I will most certainly not suggest Pronovia's to any of my friends and will share my story as many times as people are willing to listed. <br> <br> This is most definately not the way to go about doing business.
