I was once placed by Pronel for employment in an organization in Durban,till i left. I called Pronel and spoke to an Admin lady by the name of Melanie on the 30th of June 2023 requesting a Salary schedule and Ui.19 of my time with them to submit to Labor Department for my UIF payout. Till to date i haven't been helped,I've been calling at least three times daily,receiving excuse after another,yesterday Melanie promised me that she'd call when she has sent me,she never did and today when i called,she claimed to have sent already,yet she never called as promised and there's still nothing in my inbox or ***** for that matter and my claim which was already processed and awaiting these documents from them has now been canceled by the Department of Labor.
