ARROGANT COMPANY WITH LOW QUALITY PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am writing this scathing review to express my deep disappointment and dismay with Pronature's paint product and customer service. We are German and this IS NOT THE GERMAN STANDARD. The quality of Pronature paint is absolutely pathetic and unusable. I am appalled by their response, or rather the lack thereof, to the issues we have encountered.

Firstly, I am forced to use their paint and primers as we had already started on our walls with it - you cannot mix their product with other paints due to VOCs, but it is clear that the product that we have received does not meet even the basic standards. The paint does not dry properly, leaving our walls sticky even after six days. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the exorbitant amount of money I have spent on their products. I bought additional white paint from them due to already starting one of our walls with it, and they were quick to send invoices but cannot respond with resolutions.

I have called their customer service countless times over the course of 4 days, only to be met with useless responses from a woman named Geneve, who seems to be nothing more than a messenger for the owner. She responds like a parrot, repeating the same excuses and refusing to take any accountability for the defective paint. It is infuriating that I cannot speak directly to the owner, Bernhard Lembeck, who conveniently messages via WhatsApp to dismiss my concerns with lengthy and condescending essays about how great their paint supposedly is.

It is abundantly clear that Pronature does not care about its customers or their time. While gladly taking my money, they have shown a complete disregard for rectifying issues with their defective paint. I have stressed the urgency of the situation, as I am moving overseas, yet they remain unresponsive to this and unavailable. This lack of accountability is absolutely disgraceful.

To add insult to injury, their customer service representative has suggested sending a chemist tomorrow to "give us advice" when I have repeatedly informed them that we are leaving the country today. It is mind-boggling that they would suggest such a solution when it is clear that I need an immediate resolution. We have no choice but to strip the walls and paint them with an alternative product.

Their refusal to take responsibility and provide a satisfactory resolution has resulted in significant financial loss for us. We have spent over R10,000 on their paint and an additional R8,000 on contractors to apply it over the course of six days due to stickiness. I have over 20L of unused product that I cannot do anything with or get refunded for. This whole ordeal has caused me immense frustration and stress.

The correspondence I have had with Pronature regarding the defective product has been condescending and lacking any sense of accountability. It is evident that they prioritize their own interests over those of their customers.

I am deeply disappointed in the quality and service provided by Pronature. I will not be recommending their products to anyone, and I hope that others are spared the frustration and financial loss that I have experienced.
