Terrible Terrible Service and First Impression

Went to Pronanny SA Nanny Agency to look for a nanny for my son and had the most terrible experience. Got to the gate and a lady came to open the gate accompanied by a dog a big dog. She opened the gate and stood next to it and didn’t say anything for like 10 minutes, I’m busy say “Hello” she just looked at me and didn’t say anything. Eventually I call the number by the gate because I’m confused why this lady isn’t saying anything.

A guy answers the phone and I explain my situation he said to me “Sorry that lady doesn’t talk, and the god doesn’t bite” now I’m confused, why would you send someone who doesn’t talk to open the gate with a dog? 🤔 isn’t she supposed to greet and ask customers who she can assist them and also assure them that the dog doesn’t bite? Also why would you have a dog at your office in the first place? Obviously I’m not impressed at this point I decide to end the call and leave, and guess what as soon as I reverse this lady starts talking 😭🤦🏾♂️. And here I am thinking what in the hell is happening here I thought she doesn’t talk. I respond to her and she further engages me, I realise that she isn’t mute or deaf. I was livid, I decided to leave and look elsewhere because there is no way I’m trusting such with my kid and my space.
