Unprofessional
Quoted to redo all my waterproofing and replace broken tiles. 1 month later my ceiling is damaged due to a leak. Tried to get them back to no avail. Climbed on roof to find a cracked tile and a tile with a big hole in it. They claim it must have been hail, but have not even come to check. The tile is green inside showing it had been like this for a long time and there has been no hail since the job. What irritates me is them not even coming to check, just a WhatsApp saying they are not liable. Stay away from them.
