<p>Firstly, from when I requested a free quotation from the website, I got a call from Jean within 1/2 hour and I was impressed and a meeting was setup the very next day. (FIRST WORLD SERVICE)</p> <p>Secondly, Jonti came to do a roof inspection and his review was far more in depth than any of the other companies, I immediately knew that this guy knows his stuff and I would prefer Prompt Roofing to repair, waterproof and paint my roof.</p> <p>Thirdly, after I accepted the quotation online (this is nice as there is no printing and neither faxing nor emailing required, it is immediately done online. AGAIN FIRST WORLD SERVICE).</p> <p>I received a call that very day from the Production team (Lizelle), giving me a project start date that we agreed on.</p> <p>The service and communication was first class as from this point I had a call from my assigned site manager (Thomas) Between him and Lizelle. I was updated daily on the progress (even via whatup FIRST WORLD SERVICE) of my house repairs and am confident that my roof is in good hands.</p> <p>After the project was completed I was very happy to settle the invoice and my guarantee was sent the very next day by Jean.</p> <p>Thank you to all at prompt roofing you guys are great and I would recommend your company to anyone that needs a roof repaired, waterproofed and/or painted.</p>
