dont want to pay my 50% refund from amount i paid.

Got email to confirm my appointment for 8-30 am, which they never arrived no bother to call. Until I call. The lady who is a PA claim she does not know who send an email. But the driver was on the way. Nd driver told me he will be a my place at 9-30am. Which he did not. I called them sseveral times all they could tell me is they have a busy sschedule. I was send an email rescheduling time for 10-30am. Which again they didn't make it until 12-35pm. By then I wanted to cancel the deal. Jonty ask me if they come tomoro nd promise to deliver. In morn they came around 7-30am. Did not have all tools with them as they wanted to use buckets to flash the dirt on the roof. Which they use my hosepipe that did not have pressure. The roof was not properly washed for them to work on it. But they ignore all that nd continue to work. Doing shortcuts cause time was not on their side. But still the job was not completed. And according to the agreement was told that the whole job was going to take 3 days. But a half day job they could not complete it in 1 day. Following day came late nd live 1 guy on site. Still didn't complete. Now I am struggling to get my 50% refund. I'm beingtold they busy.
