DISASTER UPON DISASTER!!!

I am only giving one star because there is no option for less. If I have to tell you what a disaster it was to have Prompt roofing working on my roof I will have everybody traumatized like I was and still am. Dealing with the owners presents a total different picture but the team they sent out for my job was totally unskilled and complete idiots in the way they dealt with everything from the start. I suffered huge damage to carpets, clothes, cupboards, rugs, ceilings and paintwork when they left my roof open for a whole weekend while I was away and thunderstorms reeked havoc. NOW not even 18 months later I have to get another company to come and re-do the waterproofing because of water streaming through my ceiling when it rains. The guaretee from Prompt is not worth a thing since I’d rather pay again than get them back to fix a bad job. My colleague In short: STAY AWAY FROM PROMPT ROOFING!! DISASTER FOLLOWS THEM AROUND.
