BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PROMPT ROOFING.

Prompt Roofing installed my roof in 2017 and since then every year I have been having problems when ist rainy season, and when we call them for the warranty claim- they take forever to attend to the problem or they never . i have complained since 2017 about the same problem and it hasnt been resolved. Seems like we must beg for their service. Had i known that they have a bad service record, i would have never given them my JOB to do, A whole roof installation costed R180 000 and No service from LIZ and JONTY. the issue is on going, i reported the same problem last year November 2019 and up to today the 07 of FEB , no results from Prompt Roofing. This is very frustrating especially when its such a large sum of money for No real guarantee and service. Regards Trudy Moodley
