Appalling service
<p>My roof is leaking more than before prompt roofing "fixed" it with a 3 year guarantee, and no one responds to calls to have this resolved. The guarantee is worthless and it was money wasted.</p>

04 Jun 2019, 11:06It took you 2 years to respond to my complaint! That says it all. How you are still in business is a mystery to me. I got another contractor to repair my roof and my new guarantee is already 1 year old. Wake up Prompt roofing.
