<p>I have a problem with a company called Prompt Roofing who fixed my roof starting in June 2016 and completing the repairs in August of 2016. In October 2016 My insurance company visited the property and submitted a report stating that the repairs done to the roof would not resolve the leaking and that in due course leaking would resume.</p> <p>I have since tried to get Prompt Roofing out to come fix the findings and I don’t get their co-operation. They have made numerous appointments with me to come out to the property but to date they have not come to see me regarding this. The most recent appointment they have made with me was for Saturday 19 November 2016 and yet again they did not keep the appointment. I tried to get hold of a lady with the name of Jean 061 ********** at their offices on Friday 18 November 2016 to confirm our appointment and left 2 voice messages on her phone to return my call but she has not done so. I also phoned the owner of Prompt Roofing (Jonty) this morning and he did not answer his phone ********** .</p> <p>The full amount for the repairs was settled upon completion of the work. A 3 year guarantee was provided to me aswell.</p> <p>As can be seen from the above, I have tried all avenues to get Prompt Roofing to my property to fix their work and to date have not been able to do so.</p> <p>Your assistance in this regard is highly appreciated.</p> <p>Thank you</p>
