100% disappointment with Prompt Roofing
Between August 2019 and September 2020, we paid Prompt Roofing more than R70 000 for roof repairs. Six weeks after the so-called repairs and torrential rains on 1 November 2019, our roof leaked in exactly the same places that they repaired. We have tried for more than a year to get them to honour the so-called warranty! Their so-called warranty of 12 years is not worth the paper that it is written on. You will be guaranteed 100% disappointment and a waste of your money! My suggestion to other customers: please do your homework before signing a contract with Prompt Roofing.

27 Oct 2021, 09:07Our workmanship and products are guaranteed - however we can not cover areas of the roof that have not been quoted for, we also can not cover God sent phenomenon Like hail storms, earth quakes or trees falling on a house nor keeping gutters clean - the contract value was R55k for specific areas of the house and domestic quarters - an additional quotation was provided to cover the additional areas effected. We service 800 plus clients a year and sadly we can not guarantee against hail damage. We are happy to help where we can to resolve any issues and keep our clients satisfied.
