ITEMS PAID FOR BUT NOT DELIVERED

We ordered fleece embroidered tops for school - the first order, although very late, was eventually delivered after much hounding. The second order which was paid for in full at the beginning of August has not been delivered. The owner makes so many promises to get your business but does not live up to them. He quoted a price but hen complained that he wasn't making any money and was out of pocket, which is utter nonsense. Initially Allan gave many excuses and reasons why the tops were not ready - at one stage he told me he was taking them to be embroidered then a few days later he said the tops were not actually made. Now he is avoiding our calls and emails. The parents of our school children have paid for these Winter tops and it will now cost our school money in legal costs to get their money back - as a small pre-school we can ill afford this. All we want is our money refunded. This company is utterly unreliable - they tell lies and take money without producing the goods!
