a Few weeks before my move I requested a lot of quotes to find the best one that suites my pocket. I eventually ended up with Yourek and his team. I was quoted R1500 , what was my fault was that I really had no clue how many things I really had, and did not list everything, that being said when Yourek arrived he mentioned this and hiked up my quote from R1500 to R4000.

At that moment I had no choice and had to agree as the new tenants who was going to occupy the unit i was moving out of was waiting. Now the moving started and everything was a problem, everything that we mentioned (our huge bed and other furniture which i mentioned needed to be hauled over balcony). They worked so slow and treated my furniture with no respect, multiple things got damaged during the move.

I mentioned to Yourek that the new venue might have a lift but its better to assume it does not, when we arrived at the new place my stuff was thrown out of the trailers, and they complained every single step they had to take and then Yourek came to me and said, that because there is no lift he will have to add another 2000 to the quote which ended up being R6000 (from R1500).

What movers moan that they have to moan? and treat your possessions so disrespectfully? Best part is when we packed out our bags , my wifes expensive watch which was in its box right before we moved, tucked into a bag, closed the bag, put on the trailer, was handled by his men....the watch went missing. Yourek said he will "talk" to his men.

DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS GUY !!!! rather go for the established movers and pay the extra bit of cash because you will end up paying way more than you had planned and your possessions WILL get damaged and or ******, with an obnoxious "main" guy with no respect for you or your stuff.
