Unbelievable Appalling Service

Avoid paying in advance. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. From October 2025, my case was largely ignored, despite repeated follow ups. The work delivered was riddled with mistakes and misprints, and getting accountability was a struggle. Communication is poor and management is evasive. The individual presented as the “director/owner” avoids direct engagement during discussions, he would step away to “consult” and not return, later insisting that communication be handled only via WhatsApp, while ignoring calls. Customer service is unprofessional. One staff member in particular responded aggressively to complaints and even mocked concerns about misprints. When raised with management, his association with the company was denied. The reception area itself reflects ongoing issues with numerous misprinted items offered for sale, suggesting a pattern rather than an isolated incident. Overall, if you value your time, money, and professional treatment, you may want to think carefully before using this company. Be cautious of the reviews customers encouraged to leave positive feedback in exchange for small incentives like a water bottle at reception.
