Very dissappointed with the service and attitude! (Northgate Paarden Eiland)

<p>Very dissappointed with the service and attitude!</p> <p>Visited your Paarden Eiland branch last Thursday to buy a 5litre tin of White Road Marking paint (Navigator). Unfortuantely they had none in stock, but were happy to go collect a tin from your CapeGate branch and we agreed to collect it the following afternoon (Friday). All seemed fine, and progressed to book a painter for the following week.</p> <p>We returned the following day (Friday) at 15h30 to find that the store had closed early (@ 15h00 for some reason). It would have been prudent for someone in the store to advise us that they are closing earlier that afternoon, when we specifically said we'd collect it in the afternoon. Anyway we decided go thro on the following Monday morning, as we were not able to collect it on the Saturday morning. Fortuantely we phoned on Monday morning and spoke to Manny, who evenutally discovered that they had sold our tin (presumeably on Saturday morning). Not to worry, as he said a complete new order of white road paint was due to be delivered that Monday afternoon, and just in case, he would also arrange another tin to be collected from CapeGate. Great, I thought until he phoned back saying he can't sell that product to me because :</p> <p>1.) I'm not a contractor and/or</p> <p>2.) the product contains lead - which is nonsense as a sticker label on the tin indicates it is 'lead free' (and even the product description on your website does not say it contains lead)</p> <p>What a complete waste of time, effort and money. Strange how I can buy the product from Builders Warehouse, Brights, Jack's Paint, Makro, etc</p>
