I bought Tiffany chairs and Phoenix chairs paid half which was R13 980 via eft. On Monday 22 January Mr Yuff Saeed from PROMINENT GROUP MANUFACTURERS PTY requested full payment before dispatching the goods despite the previous agreement of 50% before delivery and 50% upon receipt of goods. I then requested a refund of the amount I paid which was R13 980 and I was told it would take 5days to refund (refund never received). I then decided to go onto the internet and research if the company is registered and I learned that other people have been ****med by the same company in the past.
