Prominance UPVC Windows

I had Marcus from Prominance take out my old wooden windows and install new double glaze echo friendly UPVC windows. The first wind storm the wind was blowing the curtains inside so badly that I had to tie them down. The one big window design was also wrong and the frame cannot take the load bearing of the wind so it bends really far and make weird noises in the bedroom when you want to sleep. I should have just stuck to my old windows. The worse part is the after sales service because their is none, they received the money so why return. I would strongly look for another company before considering these chaps
