Watch out for Prometun Typing Job ****

I received an email from Prometun Typing yesterday to state that I had app**** for a position with them and that I would need to pay them R340 for training material which is non-refundable.

I suspect that this is a **** and that once I pay my R340 I will not hear from them again.

I never approached them for a job, which leads me to believe that they either saw my opentowork status on LInkedIn or that I app**** for what appeared to be a legitimate position from a Facebook or job advert only for Prometun to get my details.

I see that there are other innocent people out there who have had the same experience in the past with a different company.
