NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you go on to Promatix's website, they seem to know what they are doing BUT looks can be very deceiving. Promatix are sadly one of those companies that over promise and under deliver at the cost of an arm and a leg! 2 Months down the line, I have a mess of a website and still waiting for the owner to contact me regarding my issues. Actually they never contact their customers, I would suggest the employees of this company to attend a customer service course. I would never refer anybody to them.
