Disgusting Service

<p>We dealt with JP Prinsloo in buying our house in Monvilla estate in 2016. It took 6 months from the first viewing and signing the offer to purchase to actually settling the deal. This was due to numerous issues which he never communicated to us and we ended up dealing with everything by ourselves. We are currently starting with the building process and JP is not involved at all. We last heard from him in November. He **** to us, misled us about hidden and extra costs, never returned our phone calls and just delivered the worst service ever. He had loads of promises and was helpful the first week - up to when we signed the offer to purchase. Thereafter - we never heard of him - had to phone after him to get an update on the progress. I strongly advise any future customers to be very careful if he is your agent. He received thousands (I'd rather not expand on the exact amount) in commission for 6 hours of work. Disappointing and disgusting.</p>
