Worst estate agent / agency

After an unsuccesful attempt to purchase a property through Promprop, which was caused by default of the seller/agent negligence or lack of information. I had to pay wasted costs to attorneys, which i requested info from the agent multiple times with no assistance. I contacted Marc the director, who rep**** after a weeks saying he forgot to respond. And then weeks later still no response. I am now at a loss due to the negligence of the agent/agency.

This is the worst agency i have ahad to deal with in terms of customer service, and i believe them to be *********** or possibly just that they are unhanded and only act ******** to situation.

I have all emails and whatsapps if needed as evidence to submit along with this review. And i am currently tying to proceed with reporting them to the PPRSA.
