Your Service level is utterly shocking

I am thoroughly annoyed that it is taking you forever to fix my car. I am also annoyed that no one is answering your damn helpdesk line. If no one is going to answer the damn phone, indicate so. The level of your service is shocking to me.

Even the operation of your system is shocking. You may not care but this is the last time I'll be using your services. I will also indicate to my insurance my dissatisfaction with your service and will actively discourage them from using your services again.
