Worst service ever ,wouldn’t recommend anyone..

Honestly now this it’s becoming annoying and worst service ever !! (***)

Firstly I was told that I need to pay R550 for a quotation that I didn’t even ask for by Renew-it Panel Beaters/Proline Auto body ? And asked if I had an insurance or not then I did advised that my claim was rejected and was told that you’ll send private quotation after you’ve already sent a quote?my vehicle was moved by Auto and General without my authority or even asking me or calling me ?when I got there my Vehicle was already dissemble without even informing me? My claim was rejected so why my car was taken to that panel beaters??so why the vehicle was dissemble without informing me? I only got a call from this panel beaters telling me that my car was brought to them and already it was dissemble? Now your telling me I need to pay for reassemble? This is ridiculous honestly, claim was rejected right so my car was supposed to be brought back to my place but now my car was taken to a panel beaters that dissemble the car and car parts are missing and now I need to pay so they can reassemble the vehicle? No no this it’s too much and energy draining ,can my vehicle be returned to the state how it was found and return the missing parts
