Worse service ever

Good day,

I don’t even know where to start. To summary this, my feedback is a fat 0 worse service ever. My car was repaired by Proline Wynberg - completely not happy in fact I disappoint and angry with this bad service from proline. Upon collecting my HAVAL, we find the following issues.

• 6 scratches on the bonnet. • Scratch and dent on the right-hand fender. • Scratch on the right front door. • Missing 2 coverers/rubber on the boot. • Portion that is not polished after painting the front bumper. • Bad sound on the left-hand wheels. Suspect Suspensions. • Back left side door not opening from inside.

This are all new damages that we picked up on the car, none on these were on the car before accident. Proline promised to give me the curtesy car while fixing the above, that hasn’t been done, instead when I call, they are telling me stories that they don’t have car on the floor. I am currently using taxis thank to they worse services. I am very disappointed with this, and I am about to escalate this further.
