Useless Repairer

This is the worst place you can send your vehicle to as they are unprofessional. They have no idea how to repair anything and do not take responsibility for the additional damages they caused on my car. Discovery is really losing the plot to associate themselves with companies of such a poor caliber & pathetic service levels. The manager at this branch and has no idea of the meaning of customer service, neither do the supposed service consultants who are meant to keep clients informed at all times. Firstly, i had to contact them all the time to check on my vehicle and between these 2 client liaison officers - there was always conflicting information. A job that was 7days took these people 4 weeks and they still damaged other stuff on my car. And my car is still there with no feedback from them at all.
