UNPROFESSIONAL AND ********* BUSINESS PRACTICES

The level of disrespect and dishonesty that these people from Proline have is unbelievable and incomprehensible! I had my car repaired by Proline which I won't lie they did a good job and I thank them for that and all they did to assist. However on collection of my vehicle I noticed my spare wheel was missing which was brand new might I add. On realisation of that I informed the lady (Kaylynne) who was assisting me who then promised that my tired will be delivered. Fast forward about a week or two later after numerous attempts to contact her via text or call I sent and email stating that I need the tire as I will be travelling long distance and I need to have it which yet again she failed to respond or account for it. I then told Kaylynne that since they cannot find my tire I will go and buy the tire myself and they will refund me which she agreed on and confirmed that the refund will be by January. Fast forward I get a call from Kaylynne telling me that her director sees no reason to refund me for my tire since my car was in their garage for months. So now what I don't understand was why were all these things not communicated to me from the get go and why am expected to replace a spare tire that THEY LOST! Am highly disappointed at how they treat customers and advise no one to get their vehicles repaired there because they do not know how to deal with customers and have ****** tendencies as well.
