They were very professional from the word go. We were welcomed with open arms, offered coffee as well as water. Everyone from the tea lady right through to the service ladies was vey accommodating and friendly.. We had good laughs and warm conversations. We were assisted by Rachel who made our wait worth while. A true gem if you ask me.
