THEFT AND ***** OF MOTOR VEHICLE

I am the registered owner of a BMW 125i with registration number CW72KKGP. The vehicle is financed by ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE. 3. On 09 June 2017 I was involved in an accident with the abovementioned vehicle. As a result of the accident the mentioned vehicle was towed from the accident scene by First Road Towing whereby Proline was the company that liased with me for towing and storage costs. 4. I settled the account of Proline for the towing and storage of my vehicle and on 26 July I received confirmation via email that they have indeed received the payment in their account. I immediately started with arrangements to collect my vehicle from First Road, who kept my vehicle in their storage according to Proline. 5. After months of trying to collect my vehicle and been send to different storage depots, I requested Tracker to provide me with the exact location of my vehicle. I was informed that my vehicle was driving in the Soshanguve area. On Wednesday 12 September 2018 I was informed by Mr Clinton Spolander of First Road Towing that he would look into the matter and return my vehicle to me. Until today he was not able to trace or return my vehicle to me. I never gave anybody permission to use my vehicle without my consent. In October 2018 ****rlander from First Road said they have sold the vehicle in Janaury 2018. The investigating officer has since said he can’t get hold of ****rlander to interview him, First road don’t pick up my calls anymore and Proline has never corresponded with me since.
