Theft

A school bus drove into the back of my car, and my whole boot door, bumper and back lights had to be replaced. Everything was repaired / replaced apart from my boot handle which is still chipped from the accident. Over and above that, Proline Panelbeaters removed my aerial from my vehicle without my permission and never returned it. I have been sending emails and leaving messages for the past 48 hours, and nobody comes back to me, I am being ignored flat out - as if my aerial was never ******, and as if I never noticed it. I want my aerial back, it was never yours to take in the first place. If Proline Panelbeaters are going to start taking undamaged parts from all the vehicles they repair, imagine how well that will go down.
