The WORST service I have ever received

Appalling service from Proline. 1) They had my car for 10 weeks for just the bumpers replaced as I was hit from behind. 2) I was repeatedly **** to, misled, evaded, calls not returned etc. 3) No courtesy vehicle was provided, despite them having my car for so long. 4) When they eventually said it was fixed, there were multiple problems - number plates with the wrong letters, light hanging loose, wrinkles and ripples in the bottom of the boot which was not painted at all, a truly pathetic job. 5) Even when they fixed all the above, the bottom of the boot was still not painted properly. 6) Their so-called workers looked like they had just come off the street and could barely speak English. I hate Proline with a passion - this is the worst, most *********** service of any kind that I have ever received. Disgusting! Do NOT let your insurance company give your car to Proline.
