Terrible Service

Very dissatisfied with the service from Proline Panelbeaters. My car was there for 5 weeks and I only received updates once I had to call them several times. Ursula never returns calls and I was always told she was busy with a customer as if I was not a customer. 2 days after collecting my car it over heated and I broke down on the highway and was told by Ursula that they will try to get the car towed in. And the car's remote does not work at all since collection but was working fine when we left the car there it was working. When I mentioned it to Ursula they did not take accountability instead Ursula said what has the remote got to do with panelbeating. Terrible service received and will not recommend Proline to anyone let alone take my car there again
