Terrible Service

My car was towed to their yard 14 February 2019 for repairs.

When we got the vehicle back everything was not in order and the car was booked in again to rectify the work that was not done properly I can understand if a vehicle have to go back for a second time and a courtesy car was given to me and may I add it was empty I had to put in petrol in the car.

After we got the vehicle back the second time there was still mistakes on the car and everything was discussed with Faheez the Saturday and Kaylynne. Faheez confirmed that he is awaiting the toolbox on my car and it will arrive on the Tuesday - I hear nothing from proline almost 2 weeks, I had to follow up and ask where the toolbox is if it is ordered or if it was there and all of the sudden everyone jump to get the toolbox that only arrived the Friday.

My car was booked in last week just to find out no one knows where the faults list is on the car and they struggled to get the list from Bianca. My car was there from Tuesday until Friday and it was not a big job that had to be done on the vehicle according to the list.

Again I got a courtesy vehicle Empty I had to put in the petrol again.

My husband phoned and spoke to Kaylynne on Saturday and she advised that Faheez will call my husband back we are on Thursday no call from Faheez.

The way I feel now I will never advice anyone to go to proline as we got the most terrible service.

I send an email to Kaylynne I am not going to take my vehicle back for a fourth time.

A email was sent to the manager also without any reply.
