Terrible

I have an issue with this company and how they treat their customers. I was in an accident on the 19 of June. My car was taken by First Help and sent to Proline. A few items in my car have gone missing (sunglasses & gym tag and petrol). When I raised this to the consultant that was helping me (Presha), she told me that I need to contact the towing company and ask where my belongings are although they accepted my car from them. I am really frustrated with the service I have received from this company and shocked by how they treat their customers. I want my belongings back!
