Side Mirror replacement

I was in a car accident last year November and my car was taken to proline for repairs. At the time of the accident my right hand side mirror wasn't damaged it was damaged while the car was being fixed. I was promised that the mirror would be replaced but since last year December its still not fixed. I've been calling and making enquiries about it all I got was empty promises. I was told someone would come to me to fix the mirror as it only takes 45min and I'm still waiting.<br> <br> I'm very disappointed at their service especially because it wasn't damaged during the accident but by them when the car was being fixed, 4months driving without a side mirror. I wouldn't use their services or recommend it to anyone
