Service after complaint
Good day
A few days ago I wrote a review on my vehicle that was at Proline for 3 months. I am glad to report back, that the service after the review from Moses and Bianca, was truly remarkable. Between the two of them, they made sure that my complaints were attended too and kept me in the loop constantly. I went to fetch my car yesterday, and all seems good, now it is just the tailliight, but they will come fit it on my premises once they receive it. Thank you so much Bianca and Moses.

09 Jun 2022, 10:40Dear Renew-it, Unfortunately I cannot endorse this positive review anymore. It is almost three months later and my vehicle is still not fixed. After I enquired yesterday, I was told that Moses is no longer there. So who knows what is happening now. Minki is now back and said she will find out from Karien. Karien kept me in the loop for 2 weeks, but the last communication from her was a month ago. PLEASE can they sort out my vehicle now. I dont care if they have to buy a new strip light, that they broke, but I want it done NOW. Same with the new badge I paid for, but was an old badge, also with the shoddy workmanship where the back rooflining came completely lose. I just want my vehiicle to be fixed PROPERLY immediately. And I do not want to hear from them ever again and I will not recommend them at all. It's all promises and no delivery. NONE of the directors even bothered to contact me. The ****test service and workmanship. Also promising new parts, but replace with old parts. To me that is *****!
