Recently used the services of Proline Autobody in Wynberg due to hitting a massive open man hole late at night. My insurance towed my car through to them and from the moment it hit their yard I was given the most outstanding servic. Ursula Pitt away, the Customer Service Agent Manager who attended to me, with absolute grace and understanding. She never hesitated to answer any questions or concerns I had and extended a warm welcoming throughout. She updated me frequently even over and above the standard amount of times, never hesitated to reply to a message. My car was fixed within a few weeks with absolutely no hassles. The work that was done is outstanding and car was restored to its usual state. They even went above and beyond to assist me after I had already collected the car with concerns I had which resulted to not even be from the accident. Well done to the entire team.
