I had a very good experience with Charlene, she was always on top of her game. Highly responsive and kept me updated throughout. Also was very helpful when I took the car back for a few minor errors, my car was attended to immediately and repairs were done to my satisfaction. CHARLENE deserves a 5 star, while I'll give Proline 4 stars due to the fairly long turnaround time.
