PROLINE PANELBEATERS WORSE COMPANY EVER

On the 5th October 2024 i had an accident, where another car drove ramped into the back of my car. I am insured with BUDGET Insurance, who towed my car to PROLINE Panelbeaters. On the 25th October 2024 i collected my car from the Proline Workshop in Sandton. I discovered the following defaults on my car. 1. The paint job on my hatch back of my booth is very poor, dripping marks visible. 2. The plastic parts on the bumper was not replace it was repaired as my left parking sensor is not working. 3. My car now flashes a warning light of low pressure on my tyres, i now have a slow puncher and to make matters worse i now have a slow puncher that has to be monitored.

i Have phoned proline and my insurer regarding this and none of them is willing to admit fault or commit to fixing my problem. i am currently driving a car that is not safe. Please Help
