Proline Panelbeaters, Kaylynne Bernardo - Excellent service, thank you
The service was excellent. On the same day of the accident (at 18:00) i received an sms to say that my car was safely with them. I received daily updates via sms, calls and/or emails. I felt like i really knew what was happening and that my car was being seen to. Repairs was done quickly and I had my car back much faster that I was hoping for and expecting.
Kaylynne Bernardo must get an extra special mention for her excellent, outstanding and helpful service. Always knowledgeable and on top of the situation.
Thank you Kaylynne, you took a lot of stress away and you always kept me informed. Thanks Proline - happy to have my "Baby" back and whole and repaired :)
