Proline Panelbeaters I just want to comment on a certain employee, Ursula P, based at the Wynberg Branch. She has gone over and beyond with her Customer Service with my claim and kept me updated every step of the way.I had a problem with not being able to pay the full excess amount due to financial reasons and she had asked her managers to please consider that I pay a deposit and the balance before collection of my vehicle.in these trying times, she was a human being before a claims collector. I am truly grateful Miss R Milton
