Proline Damaged My Car and They Refuse to Fix the Damage They Caused!

I took my car to Proline Autobody in Wynburg for repairs after an accident and while they were repairing my car, they tore one of the cables that connect to my boot and it no longer functions automatically like it used to. When I took the car back to them they claimed that the damage was not caused by them and yet, before I took the car into their autobody shop the boot was functioning just fine. They were very dismissive and disrespectful in handling this situation, they wasted my time and fuel taking my car into their shop for repairs today, only for them to tell me it's not their fault and they can't help me. I want this matter resolved! They need to fix the damage they have caused, they cannot damage customer's cars and then dismiss and mistreat them!
