Panelbeater Service _ Proline

Would never recommend this panel beater. After having my assessment and authorisation from insurance company, they call me to re-do authorisation as the branch I dropped the car off at were not equipped to to the repair. When I spoke to the manager at the Wynberg branch, Kallyn, she was not at all helpful and after a heated discussion told me I could take my car to Car World Panel Beaters as there policy is even though Proline is the same company, they could not touch my car without getting insurance from my insurance. Business must be booming at Proline. Thanks you Kallyn.
