New tyres replaced no wheel alignment and balancing done

<p>My car was fixed last month after I hit a pothole and 2 of my tyres burts. I received my car back and immediately reported that I don't think the wheel alignment or balancing was done seeing that my car starts rattling when you hit over 100km/h and that the car steers to the right. I have received a message saying they will investigate but up until today apart from a phone call once when I was in a meeting I haven't heard back from them., only a call to find out if I was happy with the service WHICH I ALREADY ADVISED I WASN'T. </p> <p>Not only is this a serious matter seeing it is dangerous for me to drive with a car with the wheel alignment being out, I am also damaging the new tyres that was put on because of the alignment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope to NEVER be in a situation where I need to take my car to this company again seeing safety is surely not part of their service.</p>
