Never take your car to Proline Panelbeaters in Wynberg , they are a bunch of *******

I took my 4 month old car to Proline Panel Beaters in Wynberg to get repaired. Damages were quoted at R72k for a VW Polo 2017 model front bumper bashing. A month later I received my car but I noticed after inspection that these bunch of ****** charged me for brand new parts but replaced all my parts purchased from their s**** yard across the road . After numerous phones calls to them they refused to return my call and the Manager by the name of Roxanne is the most useless person who is so dumb she cannot even reply to an email. Please do not take your car to Proline Panelbeaters in Wynberg, you will regret ever getting your car repaired. I have logged a complaint with my insurers and they will proceed with legal action and they have requested my car goes for another assessment via a reputable panel beaters and a report will be generated to claim back damages
